A LITTLE INTRODUCTION...

'DJ'ing ended up becoming just another form of expression of my creativity.'

Back in 2007 I never really envisaged becoming a DJ despite my passion for music. Yes I umm’d and ahh’d about it and it really made sense to pursue it, though like many people I was too afraid to even try as I didn’t want to look stupid or incompetent. The thought of DJ’ing for a wedding, on someone’s #1 day and failing miserably and ruining their day was enough of an obstacle for me to park it in my ‘maybe oneday’ pile.

But then, I got to hear a DJ play at a wedding I was bar tending at and everything changed. Despite all the other DJ’s that had come through that venue, this guy was awesome. Rang up his boss and the rest is, as always, is history.

Today I get to play and get paid for it and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

After 10+ years of DJing, you would certainly hope I have everything under the sun in my music library. Whatever I don’t have can easily be downloaded.

ALL EARLY SETUP FEES WAIVED

All early setup fees are waived so there is no stress or extra money needed to have everything setup and ready before your guests arrive.

DJ BACKUP SYSTEM

Always have a DJ who has a backup system of some kind ready to kick arse in case anything unexpected happens during the evening.

DISTORT-FREE SOUND SYSTEM

I’m sure you would agree that there is nothing more grating or irritating than listening to distorting speakers or low quality music.

SENNHEISER WIRELESS MIC

With a wireless mic you’ll be able to have the freedom to do your speeches from anywhere in the room without any restrictions or restraints.

TRAVEL LONG DISTANCES

It’s a great honor to be asked to travel long distances around NZ just so the client can have their preferred DJ for their big day.

Whether it’s background music, dinner or dancing music, I believe the success of any DJ comes down to their ability in reading and manipulating the energy of a room. When done successfully they’re able to transform the dance-floor into a place where people forget where they are and allow the music to take over.
